William "Bill" E. Percy, 88, of Bellflower, MO, died on Monday, March 9, 2020 at the SSM St. Joseph West Hospital at Lake St. Louis, MO.

William Eugene Percy was born March 1, 1932 in Bellflower, MO, to John Percy and Alberta Seivert Percy. He was a graduate of Bellflower High School in 1950 and later that year married Mildred Clark on December 9, 1950 at Wellsville, MO. They were happily married for over 69 wonderful years. Mr. Percy worked at McDonnell Douglas (now Boeing) starting out in the machine shop and working his way up to foreman. He was in the parts department that worked on fighter planes. Mr. Percy was a member of the Bellflower Presbyterian Church; the Bellflower Cemetery Association; and a member of the Bellflower Masonic Association. He was a very hard worker, raising cattle, gardening, and doing things around the home. Mr. Percy enjoyed visiting with all his family and friends and will be dearly missed.

Mr. Percy is survived by his wife, Mildred Clark Percy, of rural Bellflower, MO; his son, Ron Percy and wife, Tracy, of St. Charles, MO; daughter-in-law, Sue Percy of O'Fallon, MO; grandchildren: Jeremy Percy, Chris Percy, Tyler Percy, Kristin Percy, and Darren Nessl; one brother, Richard Percy and wife, Janet, of Bellflower, MO; Step-brother, Floyd Cronen and wife, Elsie of Bellflower, MO; step-sister, Mary Bauer and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Mr. Percy was preceded in death by his parents, John and Alberta Seivert Percy; daughter, Wanda Nessl and husband, Roy; son, Danny Percy, grandson, Doug Nessl, and two step-sisters: Kate and Helen Cronen.

A Masonic Service was held at Noon followed by the Funeral services on Friday, March 13, 2020 at the Schlanker Funeral Home in Montgomery City, MO. The Pastor Rich Helton officiated and interment was in the Bellflower Cemetery in Bellflower, MO. Visitation was held on Friday from 10:00 AM until the time of service at the Schlanker Funeral Home. Casketbearers included Jeremy Percy, Chris Percy, Tyler Percy, Darren Nessl, Randy Lotton and Brian Clark. Honorary casketbearers included Kristin Percy, Clint Percy, Louie Percy, Matt Clark, Jacob Lotton, and Shane Lotton.
