Tamera Lynn Tyler, 59, of Montgomery City, Missouri, passed away peacefully on August 7, 2025, at the University Hospital in Columbia, Missouri.

Born on April 11, 1966, to Arthur Donald Staab and Patty Sue Lough, Tamera was a devoted wife, a loving daughter, and a creative soul who touched many lives through her kindness, humor, and talent.

Tamera dedicated several years of her life to caring for others as a Certified Nursing Assistant before devoting herself fully to her home and family. On September 18, 1987, she married the love of her life, Derwin Clay Tyler. Together, they shared 37 beautiful years of marriage — a true partnership built on love, respect, and devotion. Tamera loved Derwin dearly, and their bond was a constant source of strength and joy.

She was a remarkably gifted and passionate crafter. If it could be made, Tamera could craft it — from intricate diamond paintings and hand-crocheted pieces to homemade candles and whimsical flowers made of potholders and pipe cleaners. Her creativity knew no bounds, and she brought beauty and warmth into every space she touched.

In addition to her artistry, Tamera enjoyed playing and watching tennis and spending quiet hours lost in a good book. She had a curious mind and a kind heart, always eager to learn, share, and create.

Tamera is survived by her loving husband, Derwin Clay Tyler, of the home; her siblings: Arthur Donald Staab, Jr. of Jonesburg, Missouri, Richard Earl Theodore Staab and Gene Daniel Staab, both of Port St. Lucie, Florida, David O'Neal Gaddis of Orlando, Florida, Dustin Shane Gaddis of Modesto, California; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her father, Arthur Doanld Staab, her mother, Patty Sue (Staab) Kefauber, and husband, Robert Elwood Kefauber, a sister, Donna Rae Freeman, and a brother, Philip Patrick Staab.

Tamera will be cremated and there will be no services at this time.
