Sandra "Sandy" Lee Degand, 78, of Montgomery City, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, July 16, 2023.
A Memorial Visitation will be held Saturday, July 29, 2023, from 1-3:00 pm followed by a Memorial Service at the funeral home.
Sandy was born October 13, 1944, in Eldorado, Arkansas, to Paul Mayhan and Birdie Lee (Fincher) Arnold. She loved being with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was faith driven, and full of God's love, and instilled those values in her family. Sandy was a loyal friend and saw the best in everyone. A lover of local gossip, Missouri Lotto Tickets and going out to dinner with her family. We will miss her funny antics and off the wall humor. Your love and sense of humor will be missed but never forgotten.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Harold Dean (the late Marietta) Arnold, sister Velma Jean (the late William) Wenzel, and nephew Bobby Wenzel.
She is survived by her children; Jeffery David (Tammy) Brown, Sherri Ann Jaouni, Chad Philip (Heather) Brown, and Justin Lynn Rathjen, grandchildren; Tara Brown, Kyle (Connie) Brown, Tyler Brown, Brian (Alyssa) Jaouni, Yusif (Elisa) Jaouni, Ameera Jaouni, Marina (Brandon) Pollard, Alexis Brown, and Marissa Brown, great grandchildren; Jeremiah Brown, Jaxon Brown, Elias Brown, Savannah Brown, Jocelyn Jaouni, Grayson Jaouni, Boston Jaouni, Lukas Pollard, Landon Pollard, and Layton Pollard, brothers; Donald Ray (the late Peggy) Arnold, and Allan Dale (the late Terri) Arnold, nieces; Diana Burke, Cortney Reid, Scylla Tomlinson, and Brynn Tozer, and nephews Daniel (Lynn) Arnold, Kenneth (Melissa) Arnold, Jon Arnold, David Arnold, Cody Arnold, and Chris (Amber) Arnold, along with many beloved cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
