Patricia Ann Smith, 75, of Montgomery City, MO, formerly of St. Ann, MO, died on Friday, November 16, 2018 at the University of MO Hospital and Clinics in Columbia, MO.

Patricia Ann Smith was born on September 6, 1943 in Birmingham, AL, to Norman Virciglio Sr. and Eunice Freeman Virciglio. She married James R. Smith, Sr., on August 1, 1960 in Muscle Shoals, AL and have been married for over 58 wonderful years. Mrs. Smith attended Reach Church in Montgomery City, MO.

Patricia had a young vibrant spirit and could make a person laugh till they cried. Patricia was a wonderful and strategic "bingo" player and never missed a good game of "rob our neighbor" or "cards". Pat was an avid Harry Potter, Supernatural and Charmed Fan.

Mrs. Smith is survived by her husband, James R. Smith, Sr. of Montgomery City, MO; three children: Heather Ann Strange and husband, Keith Strange, of Montgomery City, MO; Rebecca Hilario and husband, Ronnie, of Riverside, CA; and James Smith, Jr. of St. Ann, MO.

Eleven grandchildren: Haley, Autumn, Alexandra, Jeremy, Angelia, Tyler, Noah, Cody, Anna, Alexis, and Jimmy. Also surviving are eleven great-grandchildren; one sister, Mary Virciglio; and three brothers: Ben, Charlie and Norman Virciglio, Jr.; one step-sister, Vicki Bruno; and number nieces, nephews and friends.

Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her parents, Norman Virciglio Sr. and Eunice Virciglio; her grandchildren: Mathew and Joshua Smith and great-grandchild, Brooklyn Rose Arango.

Mrs. Smith was cremated and services will be held at the Calvary Assembly of God Church on December 7, 2018 at 11:00 AM. A Celebration of Life dinner will follow the memorial service.
