Patricia Mae Ann Klein, age 86, passed away at her home in Montgomery City, Missouri, on September 28, 2025.

Patricia was born on December 26, 1938, in St. Louis, Missouri, to John Bocklitz and Freida Julianna (Schmidt) Bocklitz. She was raised in the Catholic faith, which remained a guiding presence in her life. For over 30 years, she was a devoted member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Montgomery City, where she was deeply involved in church life and regularly lent her talents to bake sales and other parish events.

In 1974, Patricia's parents built the home where she would spend much of her life — a place filled with warmth, love, and family memories. She was a resident of Montgomery City for more than three decades, and her presence in the community was marked by kindness, faith, and generosity.

She always made an effort to be kind to everyone she met. She had a soft spot for children and consistently supported St. Jude Children's Research Hospital — a cause close to her heart.

Patricia was a devoted and loving mother to her son, who preceded her in death. He was the center of her world, and their bond was one of deep love and unwavering care. She carried his memory in her heart every day.

She enjoyed simple pleasures — watching her favorite game shows like Deal or No Deal and Jeopardy, spending time with loved ones, and indulging in her love for classic Westerns.

Pat is survived by her dear friends, Zane and Jacqueline Smith of Montgomery City.

She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Charles Lockhart III, her parents, John and Freida Bocklitz, and her siblings: Jean Bocklits and Shirley Ann.
