Niki Windsor Blacklock, 77, died on Friday, April 20, 2018 at her home in Windsor Valley near Williamsburg, MO.
Niki Windsor Blacklock was born on August 17, 1940 in Fulton, MO. She was the daughter of Mason Love and Ivalee Weeks Windsor.
Niki was married on August 5, 1962 to James Troy Blacklock who survives at the home.
Niki was educated at Weeks schoolhouse, Fulton High School, and the University of MO-Columbia. She pursued a teaching career in special education at St. Joseph Central High School, Jefferson City High School, and Fulton High School. Niki enjoyed collecting, buying, and selling antiques. She also worked alongside her husband for 30 years in their family auction business, Blacklock Auction Service.
Niki will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband, Jim, of 55 years; by two sons, Kelly Blacklock and his wife, Tina; Kurt Blacklock and his wife, Melanie; and by one daughter, Kerry Ecton and her husband, Mike.
Niki is survived by her grandchildren: Joey and Allie Schlueter; Olivia Blacklock; Jack, Grace, and Gretchen Ecton; Kaitlyn and Kenzie Blacklock; Corey Stulce and his wife, Molly; Bret, Heather, Audrey, and Rachel Mayes.
Niki is also survived by one brother, Gary Windsor and his wife, Jeannie; and by two sisters, Kay Davis; and Jeanette Cox and her husband, Tony. She is survived by many nieces and nephews for whom she held a special fondness.
Niki was preceded in death by her parents, Mason and Ivalee Windsor; by her father- and mother-in-law, Troy and Pauline Blacklock; by one sister-in-law, Fay Vargas; and by one brother-in-law, Don Davis.
Funeral services were held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at the Mineola Baptist Church in Mineola, MO. The Reverend Jim Cline officiated and interment was in the Oak Grove Cemetery near Williamsburg, MO. Visitation was held from 4:30 PM until 8:00 PM on Tuesday at the Schlanker Funeral Home in Montgomery City, MO.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Oak Grove Cemetery, or to the Mineola Baptist Church, of which she was a member, c/o Schlanker Funeral Home, 207 Danville Road, Montgomery City, MO 63361.
