Mary Kraft Raber, 89, of Springfield, MO, formerly of Montgomery City, MO, died on Friday, March 16, 2018, at her daughter's home in Springfield, MO.

Mary Kathryn Raber was born March 14, 1929, in Middletown, MO, to Herman Kraft and Lorea Cobb Kraft. She married LeRoy Delbert "Lee" Raber on December 15, 1956 in Wellsville, MO. He preceded her in death on January 12, 2005. Mary and Lee lived in Middletown until 1959 when they moved to Montgomery City, MO. Mary was a member of the First United Methodist Presbyterian Church of Montgomery City and was very active in the church, in the Circle Club of the Church, was a Sunday School Teacher, 4-H Leader, and member of the Montgomery VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed camping, sewing, reading, working crossword puzzles and jigsaw puzzles; and was an avid Cardinal Baseball fan. Mary loved spending time with all her family and her friends.

Mrs. Raber is survived by two children: Sharon Murphy and husband, Marshall, of Montgomery City, MO; and Carol Main and husband, Kirk, of Springfield, MO. Also surviving are her grandchildren: Chris Poindexter and wife, Rebecca; Jason Frame; Garrison Main and Amie; Dylan Main; and granddaughter of the heart, Jonie Odom; great-grandchildren: Maggie Odom; Audrey Odom; Gavin Poindexter; Asher Poindexter; Tami Main; Richter Main; Devontae Frame; and Damien Frame; sister-in-law, Mary Beth Kraft of Quincy, IL; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

Mrs. Raber was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Lorea Kraft; husband, LeRoy Delbert Raber; son-in-law, Bruce Frame; and brother, Oland Kraft.

Memorial services were held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at the First United Methodist Presbyterian Church in Montgomery City, MO. The family received friends on Saturday from 10:00 AM until the time of service at the church. Ashes were interred in the Fairmount Cemetery in Middletown, MO.
