Lynn "Carol" Reynolds of Montgomery City passed peacefully June 2, 2023 at the age of 79. She was born to the late Joseph and Ruth Dellerman.

Carol met the love of her life David in 1979 and they shared a wonderful and happy life together until his passing in 2021. Carol was a Christian and had a very strong faith. She had many talents including painting, making baskets, spinning wool and making rugs. Carol and Dave spent all their time together on the farm, working for years with sheep, goats, chickens and dexter cattle. Carol loved people and would help anyone in need.

Carol was preceded in death by her husband, David, her parents, Joseph and Ruth, sister-in-law, Sandy, and brothers-in-law, Curtis and Harold.

Surviving family members include her daughter Kimberly Thompson, step-daughter Teresa Paul (Larry), step-grandchildren: Ryan (Talina), Andrea, Larry (Erin); step-great-grandchildren: Alexa, Chloe, Braden, Hunter, Parker, Everleigh, Oliver and Nolan; her three brothers: Don (Delores), Richard and Gary; brothers-in-law: Clifford (Harietta) and Allen Reynolds; sisters-in-law: Joan Russell and Janet Reynolds. Carol had many close neighbors and friends who have helped tend to her needs during her illness.

Carol will be missed by all who knew her.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Her burial will be at Central Grove Methodist Church in Warrenton.
