Larry Wayne See passed away on Tuesday, May 16 at University of Missouri Hospital. He was born September 29, 1940, the son of Emmett and Ruby See of rural Montgomery City, Missouri.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, May 23, 2023, from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Schlanker Funeral Home, with funeral service at 12:00 PM, followed by interment at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.

Larry was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He was happily married to his wife Carolyn, and they spent 64 loving years together. He retired from MODOT at 62, and worked the last few years for Montgomery County Road District, part-time, mowing their lots. Larry adored his family, spending his days making fond memories; fishing, camping, gardening, and having fish fry's. He enjoyed the simple things in life; he was content to mow all day and then come home and spend countless hours relaxing on the porch with a cigar and cold drink. Larry will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Larry was preceded in death by his parents; Emmett and Ruby See, sister; Joyce Gruber, and grandson; Zackary See.

He is survived by his wife; Carolyn, son's; Andrew (Christy) See, and Steven (Tammy) See, brother; Gilbert See, grandchildren; Caitlyn See, Meagan See, Taylor Isaac, and Joseph See, along with numerous brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and extended friends and family.
