Donna Sue (nee: Boes) Whitehead fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at the age of 52. She was born on June 25, 1970 in Columbia, Missouri to George and the late Lorraine "Punkey" (nee: Heidbrink) Boes; beloved wife of 30 years to Jerry Whitehead; loving mother of Ashley Whitehead, Megan Moose (Logan), and Molly Whitehead; cherished sister of Cassi Aitken, and Danny Boes; dear aunt, cousin, and a friend to many.

Donna was a dedicated cardiology nurse for 32 years. She strongly valued her friendships, family, and faith and was best known for making people feel welcomed, valued, and loved.

A memorial visitation will be held on Thursday, March 9, 2023 from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Hutchens-Stygar Funeral and Cremation Center, 5987 Mid Rivers Mall Drive, St. Charles. A second visitation will be held on Friday, March 10, 2023 from 9:30 am until the Mass of Christian burial at 10:30 am at Assumption Catholic Church, 403 North Main St. O'Fallon. A graveside service will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery in Montgomery City at 3:00 pm.
