Donna was born on December 1, 1956 to parents Donald and Arilla Neidhardt of Hermann Missouri. She earned her GED in 1976 and her Associates in Secretarial Sciences from East Central College in Union Missouri in 1981.
She was married to Steven Ray Huenefeld on May 14,1977. Donna spent most of her working life as a public servant to Montgomery County. For seven years she was the assistant to the County Collector and in 2000 was elected as the Montgomery County Treasurer. She spent nearly two decades in that position and took great satisfaction and pride serving the residents of the county until her retirement in 2018.
