Dewey William Cory, Jr., 67, of New Florence, Missouri, passed away on Wednesday, July 19, 2023, at St. Andrews at New Florence.

Mr. Cory was born on July 6, 1956, in St. Louis County, Missouri, to Dewey William Cory, Sr. and Betty Lou Hasty. He was in the United States Army. For most of his life Dewey worked detailing vehicles. He also had a passion for guitars. He lived in several different big cities around Missouri before making his way back to New Florence several years ago to call St. Andrews home. Dewey was the type of man who lived life his way, on his own terms, and those who did know him will truly miss him.

Dewey is survived by his two sisters: Debi Hunsaker and Vicki Davis.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Dewey and Betty Cory, and two brothers, Charles and James Cory.

Mr. Cory will be cremated and there will be no services at this time.
