Della Marie Dobbs Maloy, 64, of Montgomery City, MO, died on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at SSM Audrain Hospital in Mexico, MO.

Della Marie Dobbs Maloy was born on January 10, 1956 in Mexico, MO, to Delbert Leon Dobbs and Ruth Virginia Maddux Dobbs. She graduated from Montgomery County R-II High School in 1974 and attended East Central College receiving a degree in Banking. Della loved Harley Davidson and bald eagles. She loved spending time with her family and many friends. She will be dearly missed.

Della is survived by the love of her life, David Paul Maloy of Montgomery City, MO; her children: Angela Kaye Hicks, Paula Marie Murr and David Lee Maloy, all of Montgomery City, MO; and grandchildren: Koby Aaron Murr, Jordan Kyle Hicks, Dylan Ryan Murr, Ryleigh Ann Nicole Maloy, and Alexis Marie Evans. Della is also survived by her Uncle, Donald Harry Maddux of New Florence, MO; brother and sisters: Carol Ann Skinner of Cascade, Idaho; Darrell Frederick Dobbs and wife, Cherie, of St. Peters, MO; Virginia Ruth "Ginger" Dobbs Hill of Truxton, MO; and Shelly Kay Johnson and husband, Jeremy, of Redmond, WA; and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces; great-nephews, cousins and friends.

Della was preceded in death by her parents, Delbert Leon and Ruth Virginia Maddux Dobbs; sisters, Karen Sue Dobbs and Sheryl Szabo; brothers: Delbert Leon Dobbs, Jr. and Larry Dale Dobbs; and grandson, Harley Lee Maloy.

Visitation was held from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM on Friday, January 31, 2020 at the Schlanker Funeral Home in Montgomery City, MO.
