Clarence Ervin Andrews, 90, of New Florence, MO, formerly of Montgomery City, MO, died on Sunday, November 06, 2016 at the New Florence Nursing and Care Center in New Florence, MO.

Clarence Ervin Andrews was born March 9, 1926 in Montgomery County, MO, to Russell Lee Andrews and Grace Mae Seale Andrews. Mr. Andrews farmed for his whole life until his health started to decline. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. Mr. Andrews loved to spend time with the family and friends, he especially loved children.

Mr. Andrews is survived by one brother, Floyd Andrews and wife, Nellie, of Montgomery City, MO; two sisters: Juanita Jurgesmeyer of Mexico, MO; and Mary Atterberry and husband, Ralph, of Montgomery City, MO; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Mr. Andrews was preceded in death by his parents, Russell Lee and Grace Mae Seale Andrews; three brothers: Virgil Andrews, Paul Andrews and Vernon Andrews; and one sister, Margaret Andrews Harrison.

Funeral services were held at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at the Schlanker Funeral Home in Montgomery City, MO. The Reverend Brian Larkin officiated and interment was in the Montgomery City Cemetery in Montgomery City, MO. Visitation was held from 1:00 PM until the time of service on Wednesday at the Schlanker Funeral Home in Montgomery City, MO. Casketbearers included Abby Andrews, Wayne Andrews, Kevin Johnson, Richard Jurgesmeyer, Wade Andrews, Phil Johnson, and Casey Johnson. Honorary casketbearers included Rusty Harrison, Gary Atterberry, Kenneth Jurgesmeyer, and George Krumanocker.
