Christy Lynn Rock Bunch, 47, of rural Bellflower, MO, died on Tuesday, June 23, 2020 at the SSM St. Joseph West Hospital at Lake St. Louis, MO.

Christy Lynn Rock Bunch was born May 5, 1973 in Mexico, MO, to Harry William Rock and Paula Sue Workman Rock Thornhill. She graduated from Montgomery County R-II High School in 1991 and attended St. Charles Community College in St. Charles, MO. She married Jeffrey Bunch and to this union one son, Tyler, was born. Christy loved visiting with her family and friends, enjoyed music, playing cards, float trips, bon fires, and shooting guns. She will be dearly missed.

Christy is survived by her son, Tyler Bunch and girlfriend, Rachelle, of Bellflower, MO; Mother, Paula Thornhill of Troy, MO; Father, Harry "Bill" Rock and wife, Jennifer, of Bellflower, MO; Sister, Jodi Marie Rock of Troy, MO; grandmother, Virginia Rock of Bellflower, MO, Special Friend, Danny Boes; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Christy was preceded in death by her brother, Cory William Rock; Grandparents, Victor Rock, Juanita Workman, and Henry Paul Workman; step-mother, Lisa Rock; and two uncles, James Mitchell Workman and Richard Twellman.

Memorial services were held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, June 27, 2020 at the Schlanker Funeral Home in Montgomery City, MO. The Reverend Wil Hoffmann officiated and inurnment was in the Montgomery City Cemetery in Montgomery City, MO. The family  received friends on Saturday from 1:00 PM until the time of service at the Schlanker Funeral Home in Montgomery City, MO. Face masks are suggested.
