Cecilia Ann Clawson, 70, of Hazelwood, MO, died on Tuesday, December 8, 2020, at DePaul Hospital in Bridgeton, MO.

Cecilia Clawson was born September 15, 1950 in Columbia, MO to Austin Clawson and Mary Katherine Cunningham Clawson. Cecilia was of the Catholic Faith and attended St. Ferdinand Catholic Church in Florissant, MO, and also St. Martin de Pores in Hazelwood, MO, she was a wonderful cook and baker, quilted and took care of her whole family. She was extremely loved by all her family.

Cecilia is survived by her brothers and sisters: Fred, John, Mary, James, Thomas, Richard, Teresa, Stephen, Margaret, Michele, and Anita; and 54 nephews, nieces, great-nieces, great-nephews, and great-great nieces and great-great nephews and friends.

Cecilia was preceded in death by her parents, Austin Clawson and Mary Katherine Cunningham Clawson; three brothers, Charles, David, and Andrew; and two nephews, Brett and David.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, December 11, 2020, at the Immaculate Conception Church in Montgomery City, MO. Father Augustine Okoli will officiate and interment will be in the St. Mary's Cemetery near Montgomery City, MO. There will not be any visitation. Casketbearers will include Philip, James, Bryon, Sean, Clayton, and Cameron Clawson.
