Billie Jo (Kerr) Irvin, 49, of Bellflower, Missouri, passed away on Sunday, April 9, 2023, at her home in Bellflower, Missouri.

Billie Jo was born on June 2, 1973, in Michigan, the daughter of James Kerr and Sally (Rogers) Bryan. She married Norman Irvin, Jr., on September 15, 2001 and together their families grew larger. Billie Jo loved going for rides on the back of her husband's motorcycle, laying out in the pool, and her dogs, Meisha, Mikka, and Maxx. Her light in this world showed through in the way she loved those that she cared for. She will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by all who knew her.

Mrs. Irvin is survived by her husband, Norman Irvin, Jr.; mother, Sally (Rogers) Bryan, and step-father Rex Bryan; 3 sons: Jordan Ibarra, Jacob Banks, Michael Marion; step-children: Michael (Mia) Irvin and their 3 children, Michelle Irvin and her 5 children, Damien Irvin and his 2 children, Ashley Irvin and her 2 children, Axel (Hannah) Irvin, Tiffany McGee and her 2 children, Caleb Brazel (fiancé, Amy Torrey);grandchildren: Landyn Ibarra, Annabel Ibarra, Aaron Marion, Harper Banks; sister, Sandra Kerr O'Dell; brother, James Kerr; nieces: Chelsea O'Dell, Morgan O'Dell, Beaunna Kerr, BrittnieKerr; nephews: Bryce Kerr, Gavin O'Dell, her loving dogs, Meisha, Mikka, and Maxx; several brothers- and sisters-in-law, and many friends.

Billie Jo was preceded in death by her father, James Kerr.

She will be cremated and there will be no funeral services.
