Beverly Ann Schwartz Gliser, 76, of New Florence, MO, died on Saturday, October 12, 2019 at Gamma Road Lodge in Wellsville, MO.
Beverly Ann Schwartz Gliser was born May 20, 1943 in St. Louis, MO, to Paul Schwartz and Willimetta Hamilton Schwartz. On November 24, 1983 she married Donald Eames Gliser and he preceded her in death on December 8, 2008. Beverly was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. She loved spending time with her family, especially the grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Beverly enjoyed family night with a night full of playing games, laughing, and just being together. She will be dearly missed by everyone.
Beverly is survived by her two daughters: Debra Williams of Bowling Green, MO; and Darlene Lynn Byrnes and fiancée, Sam Gossett, of New Florence, MO; son-in-law, John Gruber of Callaway Co., MO; grandchildren: Sheila Long, James Williams, Nick Williams, and Bobby Sewell; and great-grand-children: Rylan, Kaylee, Lacey and Danny. Also surviving are her step-children: Sandra Jean Gibson of Buell, MO; Lois Faye Runkle and husband, Clyde, of Spirit Lake, Idaho; Don Michael Gliser and wife, Loraine, of Holt's Summit, MO; and Larry Dean Gliser of New Bloomfield, MO; step-daughter-in-law, Chris Gliser of New Bloomfield, MO; and numerous step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, one brother, Donny Boswell of St. Louis, MO; one sister, Evelyn Blankmanship of St. Louis, MO, nieces, nephews and friends.
Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Willimetta Hamilton Schwartz; husband, Donald Eames Gliser; daughter, Denice Jones Gruber; step-son, Alvin Eugene Gliser; Step-son-in-law, Gerald Gibson; and step-daughter-in-law, Denise Gliser.
Funeral services were held at NOON on Wednesday, October 16, 2019, at the Schlanker Funeral Home in Montgomery City, MO. Interment was in the Montgomery City Cemetery in Montgomery City, MO. Visitation was held on Wednesday from 10:00 AM until the time of service at the Schlanker Funeral Home in Montgomery City, MO.
