Berry Wayne Cullom, 54, of Wellsville, MO, died on Thursday, August 9, 2018 in Wellsville, MO.

Berry Wayne Cullom was born December 19, 1963 in Troy, MO, to Paul David Cullom and Dorothy Mae Hillebrand Cullom. He graduated in 1982 from Montgomery County R-II High School where he was #66 on the football team and then attended college in Warrensburg, MO. Berry met "the love of his life", Patricia Cole Yates, in 1994 and they married on January 4, 2014 in Wellsville, MO. Berry worked many years at Blaue's Service Station in Montgomery City, MO; and then took a job at Wellsville-Middletown R-I School District maintaining the buses. Berry was a member of the United Methodist-Presbyterian Church in Wellsville, MO; was on the Wellsville Board of Alderman; was a former member of the Jaycees and the JCI Senate; enjoyed umpiring baseball and softball for all ages; and was an avid Cardinal Baseball fan, Mizzou fan, and a Nascar fan. Berry was a very hard worker and always had time to help someone in need. He loved being with his family and his many friends.

Berry is survived by his wife, Patricia Cole Yates Cullom of the home in Wellsville, MO; son, Tyler Yates and wife, Kelsie, of Kansas City, MO; his sister, Paula Moore and husband, Jay, of Jefferson City, MO; his niece, Ashley Moore and nephew, Jamison Moore, and by his dog, Molly. He is also survived by his brothers-in-law: Donnie Weedman of Vandalia, MO; and Jerry Cole of Licking, MO; and numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Berry was preceded in death by his parents, Paul David Cullom and Dorothy Mae Hillebrand Cullom; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Iris Cole and Donald Cole, and Brother-in-law, Bobby Cole.

A Memorial Service were held at 11:00 AM on Monday, August 13, 2018, at the United Methodist-Presbyterian Church in Wellsville, MO. The Reverend Dawn Gerard officiated. Visitation was held on Sunday from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on August 12, 2018 at the United Methodist-Presbyterian Church in Wellsville, MO.
