Belita Cole, 76, of Montgomery City, MO, formerly of Indianapolis, Indiana, died on Sunday, September 15, 2019, at SSM Audrain Hospital in Mexico, MO.

Mrs. Cole was preceded in death by her late husband, Chester J. Cole; her father, William Dean; Her Mother, Marjorie Floyd Workman; her step-father, Fred Workman; Step-Mother, Stella Dean; and Brothers: William Dean and Raymond Dean; Sister, Gloria Dean, and Step-Sister, Patricia Constable.

Mrs. Cole is survived by her brother, Donald Dean; Step-brother, John Wayne Stratton; Step-sisters: Lois Stratton Linthicum and Kathy Stratton VonPilson; Sons: Richard Miller and Ronald Miller and wife, Vickie; Her daughters: Victoria Miller, Donna Hammock, Marjorie Ferguson and husband, James; Chestina Ferguson and husband, David; Grandsons: Timothy Hazelwood, Dustin Miller, Joshua Ferguson and wife, Kayla, Michael Ferguson and wife, Kristy, Ronald Cole Miller and Nick Ferguson; Granddaughters: Late Heather Hammack, Kristi Miller, Amber Hammack, Andrea Hazelwood and Damon Dunlap, Christina Ferguson, Cassandra Ferguson and Bobbie Sutherland. She had sixteen great-grandchildren and her companions, Bobo and Teddy Bear.

Belita worked for ADP in Indianapolis, Indiana, then a Route Carrier for the Indianapolis Star and News. She was born in Wisconsin and moved to Indiana where she received her education and resided there for many years with her husband and children. She retired and moved to Missouri. She was a wonderful mother and loving grandmother to many grandchildren.

Memorial services were held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 28, 2019 at Reach Church in Montgomery City, MO.
