Alice Mae Bentley Tratchel, 80, of Wellsville, MO, formerly of Montgomery City, MO, died on Sunday, April 17, 2022, at the Gamma Road Lodge in Wellsville, MO.

Alice Mae Bentley Tratchel was born on January 19, 1942 in Mexico, MO, to Lloyd and Ethel Bentley.  She married Frank Tratchel on November 11, 1977 in Mexico, MO.  He preceded her in death on May 2, 2012.  Alice was a great cook, homemaker, wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend.  Alice loved visiting with all her family and friends.

Alice is survived by her daughters, Karen Tratchel of Montgomery City, MO, Kellie Schaefer of Illinois, and Sharon Brown of Union, MO;  sons, Gary Tratchel of Montgomery City, MO and Mike Dunbar of Wellsville, MO; step-son, Doug Tratchel of Kentucky and grandson, Chad Tratchel of Montgomery City, MO, and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and friends.

Alice was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Frank Tratchel, and a brother and a sister.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM on Thursday, April 21, 2022 at the Montgomery City Cemetery in Montgomery City, MO.
